On the morning of October 9, 2023, in Room A.905 at Nguyen Tat Thanh Campus, Ho Chi Minh City University of Law organized a signing ceremony to enhance international cooperation with Glenn College, aiming to promote and strengthen international collaboration, particularly in the development of the Legal English program.
Attending the ceremony from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law were Dr. Le Truong Son - President of the University; Dr. Le Thi Thuy Huong - Head of the Research Management & International Cooperation Department; Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Thi Phuong Hoa - Head of the Criminal Law Department; Dr. Nguyen Manh Hung - Head of the Administrative Law Department - State Administration; Associate Professor Dr. Tran Viet Dung - Head of the International Law Department; Associate Professor Dr. Le Huynh Tan Duy - Deputy Head of the Criminal Law Department; Mr. Trinh Anh Nguyen - Director of the Short-term Training Department; and Ms. Nguyen Thu An - Specialist of the Research Management & International Cooperation Department. From Glenn College, Mr. Lee Sungkoo - Dean of Glenn College, and Mr. Joseph Nguyen - Glenn College Representative in Vietnam, were present.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Dr. Le Truong Son, President of Ho Chi Minh City University of Law, stated that following discussions and deliberations on the morning of October 3, the university conducted market research activities to explore development opportunities, leading to the decision to enter into this collaboration. Regarding specific programs, the university will proactively engage with Glenn College to develop detailed plans for optimizing training methods that best suit the needs of students for regular application in their work. Through this, the university's leadership expects both parties to leverage their strengths in building a collaborative program aimed at enhancing the quality of education.
